1) BAPEX = Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX) is an   exploration and production company, fully owned by the Government of Bangladesh having its Head Office in Dhaka. It is operating as a company under Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla) of the Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources.

2) WASA= Water and Sewerage Authority, they provide the Water and Sewerage Systems almost all the metropolitan areas of Bangladesh.

3) BPDB=Bangladesh Power Development Board. They distribute and sell electricity through out the country.

4) DESCO= Dhaka Electricity Supply Company, They distribute and sell electricity only   urban area.

5) REB= Rural Electrification Board, They distribute and sell Electricity only rural area.

6) Energypac= Is a private and the largest power engineering company of  Bangladesh.
 
7) WDB= Water Development Board.
